1. Does Pipertech price match?

Yes! If your worried about getting the best deal on a particular product then you have come to right place. At Pipertech we want to gain your trust. To make sure that you get the best price and deals there is out there. We invite all of our clients to shop around and if they find a price that is better than ours, we will gladly price match any of our competitors (certain conditions and exclusions do apply. 2. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

You can retrieve your password by clicking "Log in" at the top right of the website (or in the Footer) and entering your email through the “Forgot Your Password?” link. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

3. What types of payment do you accept?

At this time all payments must be made through Paypal. You have the option of either using your Paypal account or simply using a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through the Paypal Payment system.

4. I placed an order but how can I confirm that you received it?

Once you place an order with us, you will be redirected to a page confirming that your order was placed and that we have received it. You will then receive a confirmation email notifying you of the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of your order being placed, please contact us so we can confirm your order.

5. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Processing times for orders vary. The product details page lists the "Ready to Ship" time below the price of the item. Please consult this for processing times for physical orders. Generally speaking, most orders are ready to ship within 1-2 business days, but some may ship faster depending on product type.

If you place an order from outside of the United States, we will need to verfiy the order before it can ship. This process usually takes 24-48 hours. International orders can be processed faster if checkout is completed using a valid Paypal account.

6. Can I place an International Order?

Yes, international orders are more than welcome on Pipertech! If you place an order from outside of the United States, we will need to verfiy the order before it can ship. Please note that shipping times cannot be guaranteed. We are also not responsible for any Customs Duty, Taxes, or VAT that may be incurred as a result of your purchase from our website. These costs are up to the customer to pay (if applicable) once your order arrives.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will automatically update you with the tracking information for your shipment. If you still have not received it, please contact us. This will be sent to the email provided to us at checkout, or the one located in your account details.

8. I did not receive my order by the estimated delivery date. What do I do?

If you do not receive your order in the estimated shipping time, contact us immediately and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

9. Can I return or exchange my order?

Your satisfaction is our goal. Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty, plus is also covered by the Pipertech Satisfaction Guarantee.

If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund. Please note that desktops, laptop computers, and tablets, may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be in a “new” resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Returns may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

10. What is the Piper Code?

Simply put, the Piper Code is our satisfaction guarantee to each and every one of our customers. We don't just pride ourselves on offering a cool website to shop on, we back it up with the best customer service in the industry. You can read more about the Piper Code here

11. Does Pipertech offer any extended warranties?

Currently we do not offer any extended warranties on the products we sell. We are working on this as we speak, however, and they will be on the site shortly.

12. Does Pipertech offer any financing options?

Currently, we do not offer any financing plans. As a workaround, we would be more than happy to divide your order total into smaller payments made either each day or week. But with this system we wouldn't be able to ship your order until all payments are received.

13. Will Pipertech charge sales tax on my order?

Any purchase made within the United States won't have sales tax added as Pipertech USA is currently located in a state [Delaware] that doesn't collect sales tax on in-state or out-of-state purchases online.

Please note that we are not responsbile for custom fees or international transaction fees.

14. The product I'm interested in says "Ready to Ship: Special Order". What does that mean?

If the product you'd like to buy is marked "Special Order", it means that we do not currently have stock but can certainly order it for you if you'd like. Special orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer.
