Definitions

“Goods” means any goods and/or services provided by the Company as ordered by the Client
“Company means “Pipertech, Inc”
“Client” means the person, firm or company placing an order with the Company.

Application

These terms and conditions apply to any provision of services or materials by the Company to the Client.

Formation of Contract

All Goods sold by the Company are sold subject to the Company’s standard terms and conditions (as detailed below) which form part of the Client’s contract with the Company. Terms and conditions on the Client’s order form or other similar document shall not be binding on the Company.

Quotations

The prices, quantities and delivery time stated in any quotation are not binding on the Company. They are commercial estimates only which the Company will make reasonable efforts to achieve.

Orders

Orders will be deemed to have been placed when an email confirmation has been received from a responsible executive of the client company. For email invitations, online fulfillment projects and direct marketing files (as provided by Prime Prospects) it is a requirement of the Company, that the email piece, online form or mail piece shall be approved by the company before an order can be confirmed and any data dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

Due to sometimes delays may occur by banks and credit card companies during the billing process, orders PASSED BILLING by 3pm PST will usually be shipped within 24 business hours if in stock, subject to product availability and verification of billing. You will be notified by email if there is any problem processing your order. Buyer shall promptly notify Pipertech, in no event later than five (5) business days after delivery, of any claimed shortages or rejection as to any delivery. Such notice shall be in writing and shall be reasonably detailed, stating the grounds for any such rejection. Failure to give any such notice within such time shall be deemed an acceptance in full of any such delivery.

Electronic Software Delivery

By ordering software available in a download format and having the activation key sent to you either via email, telephone, or physical shipment, you agree that you are authorizing Pipertech to open the software package on your behalf and to provide you with the activation key and download instructions contained therein.

Price and Payment

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Government/ Education/ Company and Organization Purchase Orders are accepted, subject to account verification.

Mispriced Product and Incorrect Information

With respect to all products sold at Pipertech.com, we always try to maintain the accuracy of price and information on all of our available products. However, in the event that there is an error that results in a mispriced product and/or incorrect information, Pipertech reserves the right to disclaim responsibility due to these errors.

Product Returns

If you need to return a purchased item, send us an email to sales@pipertech.com and request a RMA All items sold by Pipertech, Inc. are automatically covered by Pipertech's 30-day Guarantee against defects, except as otherwise specified on an individual basis on the invoice. Defect in this context means manufacturer's defects. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from work done by non-pipertech certified technicians. We do not guarantee compatibility. All products purchased at Pipertech.com are covered by Pipertech's 30-Day against Manufacturer Defects Policy. The 30-Day against Manufacturing Defects Policy covers factory defects that are caused by the manufacturer during the manufacturing process. The 30-Day against Manufacturing Defect Policy commences from the original invoice date. Unless specifically stated in a separate policy, all requests to return a product MUST be made through Pipertech's technical and return department. All approved returns must be delivered to Pipertech's location or collection facilities within 30 days of the original invoice date, regardless of delays caused by natural calamities or human error. Any requests to return any product made beyond 30 days of the original invoice date will not be entertained and will have to be made through the product manufacturer, unless states otherwise. All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Pipertech's technical and return department. The RMA number is only valid for three (3) days for the date of issuance and the product must be shipped within these three (3) days. All returns MUST contain all of the original packaging intact and in unused condition. Any used or defaced products will void any claims for return. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded to customers, except specified on an individual basis.

Product and manufacturer names are manufacturer and publisher trademarks, registered trademarks, and copyrights, and are used only for purposes of identification.

* RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization
** Shippable manner means that the package is properly packed and double boxed. There should be no indications of movable items when the box is shook. This is to avoid further damage during shipment.
